Dr. Lori Russo
O.D.
Dr. Lori Russo graduated from the University of North Texas in 1999 with a bachelor’s in Biology and then went on to earn a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Russo spent the entirety of her career practicing in Fort Worth until her move to Granbury in 2025, when she joined Cheyne Eye Center.
Dr. Russo enjoys full-scope optometry and taking care of patients of all ages. She is experienced in primary eye care, ocular disease management, contact lens fitting, dry eye treatment, and pre- and post-op surgical care of cataracts and LASIK. Dr. Russo is passionate about her patients and believes in communication and personalized care for each one.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Russo is an avid tennis player and loves to be on the court competing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters and studying the Bible. She also loves walking her sweet dog Pepper and playing pickleball and mahjong.
